Pulse Agent

Security at Pulse Agent

Pulse Agent is built around controlled access, authenticated admin workflows, and careful handling of customer communication data.

Access control

Workspace routes are protected by authentication and role checks. Public endpoints are limited to marketing pages and intentionally exposed visitor workflows such as configured webchat. Organizations should assign users the least access needed for their role.

Customer responsibilities

  • Use strong passwords and secure identity-provider settings.
  • Review user access when team members change roles or leave.
  • Keep integration credentials scoped to the channels they support.
  • Do not place secrets, passwords, or unnecessary special personal information in customer notes or messages.
  • Export customer data only to approved locations.

Monitoring and incidents

Pulse Agent may keep audit events, error reports, and operational logs to detect faults, investigate abuse, and support security obligations. Where a security compromise affects personal information, notification will be handled in line with applicable law and the relevant customer agreement.

Report a concern

Send security reports to security@primexperts.co.za with reproduction steps, affected URLs, affected accounts or organizations if known, screenshots or logs where safe, and impact details. Do not access, alter, delete, or exfiltrate data that is not yours.
